**Job Summary**

**The HR Generalist Admin Assistant is required**:

- To be familiar with and adhere to the Procedures and Policies of the agency.
- To be familiar with and adhere to the practices and procedures of the program.
- To deliver the program services in accordance with government standards, acts, regulations and CARF accreditation.
- To set an example for others through personal behavior which is respectful of others.
- To work towards a common vision and uphold the mission statement and philosophy of the agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping up to date with changes in regulations.
- Assist the People and Culture Manager and the different Teams with implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Provide administration support and handle related correspondence from the Health & Safety Officer and the Director of Operations and Practice Standards such as training records, incident reports, etc.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle general office tasks and perform other related duties as required by the Team.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or a combination of education and experience in Human Resources will be a definite asset.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills; strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to teach skills and work effectively with others.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Review by the Ministry of Public Safety.
- Willingness to provide confirmation of diploma/certificate/degree, if applicable.
- Fully vaccinated.

Pay: $31.00 per hour
