Hamilton, Canada WASTE CONNECTIONS OF CANADA Full time

Waste Connections is looking for a General Labourer to join our team at our Hamilton District to work at our Transfer station in Hamilton, ON. This is an entry level full time position with a reputable company.

**Location**: The Mountain Transfer Station, ability to travel to other sites within Hamilton an asset

**Pay rate**: $16.81 per hour plus qualify for a **$175 per month** safety and attendance bonus

**Hours: Four, ten hour shifts per week**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Directing traffic onsite
- Guiding the general public and offering direction
- Keeping the area clean
- Some sorting of materials

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of general labour work experience
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
- Be able to pass our background checks (Drug and Criminal check)
