**About the role**:
Our Shop Foreman will lead the RV Tech team in ensuring our customers receive the timely, and knowledgeable service we pride ourselves on to keep their RV on the road and make the most of their RV camping experience. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you results-oriented with a drive to produce and encourage a high quality of work? If you possess strong leadership skills and are seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced environment, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and a drive for maintaining high-quality service and we’ll provide you with the support, and training you’ll need to help get people camping

If you’re a ticketed RV Technician who is seeking a stable, work environment where you will be part of a team that delivers quality work on a consistent basis, this may be the spot for you

**As a Shop Foreman, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Working diligently and efficiently to perform high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance so our customers can enjoy their RV and connect with the great outdoors
- Offering technical expertise, coaching and on-the-job training to beginner, intermediate and expert technicians to increase individual and team performance
- Providing technical support and information to service writers, other service administration, management, and customers when appropriate
- Ensuring all processes and paperwork for each technician are completed in a timely and accurate manner in collaboration with the service writing team

**About you**:

**Requirements**:

- Ticketed Journeyperson RV Technician
- Supervisory experience in a customer service capacity/industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Excel)
- Reliable mode of transportation
