**Job Title: Health Care Aide**

**Position Summary**:
The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time: 25-30 hours bi-weekly
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
- Criminal record check is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Interact professionally with residents and their family members
- Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
- Assist with residents’ daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

L’aide en soins de santé est responsable de fournir des soins personnels et du soutien aux résidents de façon sécuritaire, respectueuse et efficace, conformément aux politiques et procédures de la résidence.

**Horaire**:

- Temps partiel : 25 à 30 heures aux deux semaines
- Quarts de jour : 7 h à 15 h
- Quarts de soir : 15 h à 23 h

**Exigences**:

- Permis de travail valide au Canada
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit)
- Capacité à se rendre de façon fiable à la résidence
- Vérification des antécédents judiciaires requise

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Fournir des soins personnels et des services aux résidents selon leurs besoins
- Interagir de manière professionnelle avec les résidents et leurs familles
- Effectuer les soins prévus à l’horaire et documenter les services rendus
- Aider les résidents dans leurs activités de la vie quotidienne, en favorisant leur confort et leur dignité
- Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les normes de sécurité en vigueur
- Maintenir les aires de travail et d’entreposage propres, sécuritaires et sanitaires
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
