**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to provide excellent service
- Create innovative drink menus and specials to attract customers and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bar management or a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training bar staff
- Preferred experience in hotel or restaurant settings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
