Fowler Construction is seekinga Maintenance Foreperson to ensure all equipment is kept in good, safe working order, overseeing repairs and maintenance in a manner that will maximize profits and reduce costs.

**Key Duties**:

- Coordinate repairs for all CVOR vehicles and trailers.
- Arrange winter maintenance repairs 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week.
- Ensure shop is clean and safe.
- Schedule servicing of trucks.
- Assist with safety meetings.
- Follow maintenance policy as per facility audit guidelines.
- Coordinate all annual safety inspections in-house and outsourced.
- Coordinate spring and fall winter maintenance changeover.
- Coordinate all emissions tests.
- Complete work with attention to detail to produce a quality product.
- Assist Parts clerk to ensure all requirements are met.
- Ensure maintenance staff are actively engrossed and utilizing their time responsibly.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner.
- Any other duties as requested by management.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Must be a licensed 310T mechanic and in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Foreperson or Lead Hand.
- Computer literate or working towards computer literacy.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to lead and direct other staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed.
- Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs., carry, bend, and reach.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.

**Work Conditions**:

- Travel to various sites may be required.
- Overtime as required.
- Indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
- Weekend work may be required.
