What you'll do:

- Assemble Vietnamese sandwiches
- Provide warm, friendly and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate our POS, handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Food prep (proteins, sauces, portioning, making drinks etc)
- Opening and closing duties (depending on the shift - this includes washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, organizing shelves etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food or a similar role is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow recipes accurately - we value consistency
- Warm customer service and clear communication skills - you care about people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - you keep your cool when things get busy. You're efficient at checking off your to-do list.

Note: we have a basement kitchen, ability to lift 50lbs safely up/down a flight of stairs is required
