Brandt is seeking a detail-oriented** Inventory Syndication Coordinator** to join our Used Equipment Marketing team, reporting to the Manager of Used Equipment Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately listing, updating, and optimizing used equipment inventory across online marketplaces—including Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, industry listing platforms, and global advertising partners.

You will play a key part in presenting Brandt’s used equipment to buyers, ensuring listings are complete, competitive, and aligned with our marketing standards across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This position also supports business intelligence tasks, contributing insights that improve sales and marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and maintain used equipment listings daily across internal systems and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, industry publications).
- Ensure all listing details—features, specifications, condition, pricing, and photos—are accurate, high-quality, and consistent with Brandt’s marketing standards.
- Coordinate and monitor daily listing syndications to external websites; troubleshoot syndication issues when required.
- Work closely with the Used Equipment Marketing Specialist to determine priority inventory and promotional focus areas.
- Research and identify new online advertising opportunities and equipment marketplaces worldwide.
- Track, analyze, and report on listing performance, advertising effectiveness, and lead activity.
- Support lead routing processes and CRM data entry improvements to enhance sales team visibility.
- Manage project updates, timelines, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in listing quality, workflow efficiency, and marketing impact.
- Perform additional marketing and administrative support duties as needed.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling data, specifications, and inventory information.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated time management and basic project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketplaces, or analytics tools is an asset.

Required Experience
- Experience marketing, advertising, or selling used equipment is preferred.
- Industry experience in construction, forestry, agriculture, material handling, transportation, or automotive sectors is an asset.
- Experience in customer or client relationship management.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Engagement, Agri-Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
