**Job Title**: Guest Service Associate
**Location**: Langley, BC
**Starting Wage**: $17.40/hr (**3-month probationary period**)

**Job Type**: Full -time/Part-time
**Availability**: Weekend availability required
**Certification Required**: First Aid Certification with CPR

**About Us**

Fast Track Indoor Karting is **expanding** We’re launching a **brand-new Indoor PlayZone** designed for children **ages 0-8**, and we’re looking for **enthusiastic, energetic team members** to help us create an exciting and safe environment for families.

If you love working with kids, thrive in a **fast-paced** setting, and have a **positive attitude**, this job is for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests, explain pricing, and assist with admissions
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system
- Supervise children in the play area and enforce safety rules
- Plan and host **birthday parties & private events**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the play gym, party rooms, and washrooms
- Provide **exceptional** customer service and assist with inquiries
- Work as part of a **team** to ensure an enjoyable guest experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Must be **16 years or older**:

- Eligible to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation
- Strong **communication & customer service** skills
- Ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, **outgoing**, and **team-oriented**:

- Basic **math & cash-handling** skills
