SinaLite is a family owned business which has been operating since 1999. What started as a small 1,200 square-foot print shop which operated a single small AB-Dick printer has blossomed into a company of 150+ employees, containing several million dollars worth of printing equipment, and achieving a yearly sales revenue of 40+ million with over 20,000+ customers across North America.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
General / Administrative
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
- Comply with company Accounting Policies and/or Procedures.
- Get approval for Tipalti transactions and process the transactions on a daily basis.
- Vendor account reconciliation before payment runs.
- Perform credit card reconciliation i.e. matching credit card entries posted from Expensify to Netsuite
- Assist in correcting department codes for expense transactions.
- Assist in analyzing bin transfer reports and address issues identified.
- Prepare COD payments per instructions.
- Assist in AR cleaning accounts monthly reconciliation.
- Upload carriers’ CSV files to OLP for generating DOMO report cards.
- Reconcile customer account balances and analyze aging issues.
- Follow up carriers’ shipping issues on a weekly basis.
- Assist on monthly freight cost reconciliation per carrier.
- Assist on production reprint analysis.
- Support on accrual purchases reconciliation.
- Update lease schedule per new lease agreements
- Intercompany account reconciliation at month end
- Assist on tracking sales entry errors syncing from Magento to Netsuite
- Record treasury transactions and perform relevant data matching.
- Other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary co-op or internship program where co-op is a mandatory requirement to graduate
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting and financial principles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, and a dedicated work-ethic.
- Strong critical thinking skills and able to creativity identify and solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills e.g. working well with others, communication, positive attitude.
- Good mathematical skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Intensive computer work and extended use of the computer keyboard and mouse.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours per day.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 lbs.
- Work area may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
- Exposure to ink and chemical fumes, and airborne particles such as paper dust and drying powder.
- Appearance at all times must represent the company image.
- Occasional additional hours may be required due to operational requirements.
