**Title**: Security Agents

**Workplace**: Brossard

**Position type**: Full-time

**Salary range**: $22.00 - $25.70

**Shift**: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

**Schedule**: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring that only authorized persons can enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and resolve security risks.
- Incident response : Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all concerned.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports; escalate issues as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial and local security regulations.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other safety personnel and customer staff to maintain a safe environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 6 months to 1 year proven experience as a security officer or similar environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Computer skills required: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reports and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with video surveillance systems (CCTV), access control systems and alarm monitoring software.
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
- Must possess a valid Montreal Security License (BSP).
- First aid card required (CNESST).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Customer service certificate required.
