Pacific Academy is looking for a full-time person to support data management and school records. The primary responsibility is overseeing and supporting all school records and the integrity of data across the campus. This position serves as a member of the Technology team and reports to the Director of Business Operations.

**Responsibilities include**:
Overseeing the school information management system;
Overseeing and managing all school records/data and related helpdesk requests;
Overseeing and managing privacy policies and protocols;
Training new staff and keeping current staff apprised of data changes;
Troubleshooting for all areas related to data management;
Researching new technologies as required.

Actively and personally support our Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith and participate in a local church;
Have a strong attention to detail;
Have experience working with Microsoft and Google Workspace based file systems;
Have experience working with and maintaining data base/information management systems;
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively;
Be willing to work in a team environment as well as independently ;
Be punctual and willing to work flexible hours if required.
