Whether you're supporting active job sites in downtown Toronto or coordinating scope on high-density, tenant-occupied buildings, this is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to step into increasing project responsibility.
**What You’ll Do**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects—from kickoff through to closeout.
- Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with daily project tracking, budgeting, documentation, and communication.
- Manage subcontractor coordination, scheduling, material procurement, and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, budget, and compliant with safety standards.
- Participate in financial tracking, invoicing, and progress draws under the Prompt Payment Act.
- Handle project documentation including change orders, contracts, and permit submissions.
- Build rapport with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining a proactive, professional approach.
- Support Procore data entry, H&S documentation, and field coordination as needed.
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management, ideally in the ICI or retrofit residential sector.
- Previous involvement with tenant-occupied buildings or operational environments (e.g., healthcare, residential, retail, or institutional settings).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Procore or other project management tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of OHSA and basic construction safety protocols.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A growth-oriented attitude—ready to step up and own your next challenge.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
