**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Implement and monitor information security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
- Collaborate on IT project management initiatives using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee virtualization technologies including VMware, Citrix, and vSphere.
- Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement in network infrastructure.
- Engage in vendor management to ensure quality service delivery from third-party providers.
- Participate in Agile methodologies for software development projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in system administration on Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and network infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
- Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; familiarity with SQL queries is essential.
- Familiarity with information security standards such as PCI compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide customer service effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement solutions.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management is a plus.
