Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Business Management Instructor to join our team.

As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in Global Business Strategy, Managerial Communication, Fundamental Financial Analysis, Fundamental Marketing, Human Resource Management (HRM), Project Management, Supply Chain Management/ Logistics, and more. This is a flexible freelance position ideal for someone looking for career progression and to compliment their full time career with this part time casual opportunity to share their knowledge with up and coming professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create lesson plans and curriculum that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and provide guidance to students in a hybrid setting (virtual and in person).
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data analytics and AI.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve instructional methods.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Canadian Business Management (or related) experience
- Bachelors degree and other relevant Canadian education
- Strong knowledge and experience in all or select areas including Global Business Strategy, Managerial Communication, Fundamental Financial Analysis, Fundamental Marketing, Human Resource Management (HRM), Project Management, Supply Chain Management/ Logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Current or past experience working with Fortune 500 companies preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
