Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Overview: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for efficient and accurate warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the facility. This role involves various tasks such as picking, packing and shipping products, put away inventory into warehouse locations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shipping and Picking:

- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Use RF scanners to accurately record product information.
- Package products securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trailers or containers.
- Inventory Management:

- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Assist in physical inventory counts.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Storing and Organizing:

- Store products in designated locations according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout.
- Rotate inventory based on FIFO.
- Equipment Operation:

- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and reach trucks (previous experience is an asset).
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment.
- General Duties:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Reach truck experience (certified) an asset.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems an asset.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Aperçu**: Le commis d'entrepôt est responsable des opérations efficaces et précises de l'entrepôt, garantissant le bon déroulement des marchandises au sein de l'établissement. Ce rôle implique diverses tâches telles que la préparation, l'emballage et l'expédition des produits, ainsi que le rangement des stocks dans les emplacements de l'entrepôt, tout en maint
