We are looking for a motivated **Sales Representative** with machine shop experience to join our team

**Job Duties**
- Build, manage and enhance relationships with potential clients
- Create sales protocols and procedures to improve incoming sales interactions
- Maximize gross margin through market pricing and value selling
- Follow internal sales processes for the development of pricing contracts
- Investigate problems, develop solutions and make necessary recommendations to resolve customer complaints
- Develop and maintain suitable promotion plans
- Improve brand awareness and social media presence
- Monitor current marketplace pricing, products, and merchandising techniques
- Increase product knowledge among team members
- Attend networking events and tradeshows

**Qualifications**
- 5 years sales experience in the machining sector
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude a strong asset
