**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across the facility, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar maintenance role
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between sites if necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks required for maintenance work

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
