Construction Handyman

We are a leading-edge luxury residential home builder with an outstanding team that takes pride in building well-made and elegantly crafted homes in the most desirable locations across the GTA. We are seeking a versatile and charismatic **Construction Handyman** with 3+ years of experience in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Repair and coordinate all inspections deficiencies in a timely manner
- Extensive knowledge and proven proficiency in multiple trade functions that include carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, and other construction-related functions as directed by the Site Manager
- Preparation of homes prior to closing and pro-actively identifying issues that require attention
- Complying with safety and site standards
- PDI work and cleaning as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong construction knowledge and the ability to problem-solve multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work both independently in a fast-paced environment and cooperatively with others in a team setting
- Residential/General construction and renovation skills or knowledge considered an asset
- Dependable/reliable, and must have a valid driver’s license
- Must provide own tools and a vehicle.
- Must be familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Green Book
