CPA Ontario is currently in search of a **Student Transcript Assessment Coordinator** who will be responsible for the coordination and integrity of student and prospect records (accuracy, currency, consistency) with a primary focus on student academic qualifications, transcript assessments and counseling.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Completing student transcript assessments** to ensure CPA policies and guidance in the Regulations are followed.

**Reviewing documentation** to ensure that academic qualifications (degree equivalence and prerequisite exemptions) are accurately entered and reflected in Salesforce.

**Upholding the Service Level Agreement** while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

**Maintaining the integrity of educational data in Salesforce** for transcript assessment records.

**Application of CPA Ontario’s premium experience model** and working to achieve a holistic approach and an excellent student experience throughout all interactions.

**Who You Are**:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or another related discipline.

Skilled at serving students or members in a regulatory, educational services or membership environment, a minimum of 2 years’ related experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities while providing a premium student experience.

Able to work with diverse student populations and the ability to exercise judgement, discretion and tact when handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Experienced at working in a team environment, able to utilize your strong organization, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and able to excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.

Knowledgeable in CPA Ontario’s regulations, bylaws, policies and procedures.
