Machine Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures and industry standards.
- Perform routine pre-operation checks, inspections, and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Load and unload materials or products as required for each job.
- Follow work orders, production plans, or supervisor instructions to complete tasks on time.
- Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or required repairs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies, regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating machinery or heavy equipment (specific equipment may vary by role).
- Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and operating procedures.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, or technical manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor or industrial environments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

**Preferred Assets**:

- Valid equipment operator certifications or tickets (if required for specific machines).
- Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience in construction or related industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
