**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Maintain facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and reporting any issues to management.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or inquiries from clients.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
