Bread Maker

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, ensuring consistency in flavor and texture.
- Follow recipes accurately while also being able to adjust ingredients based on production needs.
- Monitor the baking process, including oven temperatures and baking times, to ensure optimal results.
- Package finished products for display and sale, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies needed for bread production.

**Skills**
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to decorate cakes or pastries is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with customers when necessary.
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment related to baking processes.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
