**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and positivity, question them about the purpose of their visit and refer them to the appropriate employee/department
- Take and reroute outside calls, take accurate messages and provide inquirers with basic information in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage phone systems, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and messages are accurately relayed.
- Maintain reception area to create a clean, organized and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Organize and manage the part time receptionist schedules
- Provide light administrative support
- Assist with other general office duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations, administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a professional appearance and attitude
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
