**Adamson Systems Engineering** is a mixed mode manufacturer with a strong focus on integration of product technologies, located in beautiful Port Perry Ontario. The machine shop team comprises CNC machinists, operators, programmers, skilled metal workers and material handlers performing laser, punch and form. Machine shop is a key component of our high-tech manufacturing environment designed with lean assembly principals throughout, featuring, PCB/SMT placement, CNC wood routers, powder/wet spray coating, pressing and assembly operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Machine molds from design files
- Ensure quality, reliability and durability of tooling
- Manage communication with molders to ensure eficient mold production
- Review designs with R&D to conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) assessments
- Liaise with R&D to produce prototypes
- Proven ability to operate 3 Axis MC/ HMC/ APC
- Manual machining experience is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience making molds
- Broad knowledge of CNC machine tools
- Inventor / Solidworks experience
- Solid communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be a Canadian citizen or PR
