**Summary**

The mobile maintenance planner is responsible for the detailed functions of planning, scheduling, and controlling the rolling of the parts to maximize production while meeting targets.

**Main responsibilities**
- Perform field inspections.
- Develop work plans for maintenance work with the necessary information to enable effective planning, assignment, and execution of such work.
- Create, use, and manage facility history and other technical files to include information in current work plans to anticipate and avoid work delays.
- Develop time estimates of planned maintenance work.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the equipment maintenance history and work card database.
- Preparation of schedule-ready work orders detailing parts, equipment, special tools, outside services and documentation.
- Maintain work orders up to date.

**Skills required**
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- An effective communicator with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Knowledge of the mechanical field (an asset).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.

**Work conditions**
- Schedule: 14/14, 12h/day.
