**The Opportunity**:
We are a local family company who operate multiple Church’s Texas Chicken restaurants around the GTA. We are looking for hardworking, positive, and energetic individuals who are committed to maintaining integrity and providing a high standard of service to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
- Comfortable working on your feet for full shift
- Reliable and hard-working

**Responsibilities (cashier)**:

- Serve guests in a positive and professional manner
- Operate a point-of-sale system to take orders, and accurately process payments
- Maintain solid product knowledge to provide recommendations and upsell products
- Effectively resolve customer complaints
- Assist in training new Team Members
- Follow the company’s food and safety procedures
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations including cleaning/sanitizing various areas of the restaurant (kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, etc.)
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of weight frequently, and up to 50 pounds of weight occasionally
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Consistently be on your feet during a shift
- Frequently lift and bend for product preparation, stocking and inventory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
