**Join Our Team as an In-Person Condo Meeting Minute Taker**

**Must be available on the evening of October 6. Sites are located in Richmond Hill, Markham, North York, Scarborough. Must have own car.**

We're looking for a reliable minute taker to attend condo board meetings and produce professional minutes as our primary in-person minute taker. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for retirees, freelancers, or anyone seeking part-time work with consistent availability during weekdays.
- **Not a Full-Time Commitment**: Meetings are scheduled as needed and can vary week-to-week.
- **Consistent Availability Preferred**: We're looking for someone who can commit to being available across the week to attend meetings when needed.

**What You'll Do**:

- Attend meetings at various condominium buildings, in-person.
- Summarize meeting topics and outcomes clearly, concisely, and neutrally.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word with excellent formatting skills.
- Exceptional writing and grammar abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and punctuality.

**Must Provide**:

- Laptop and writing tools.
- Own car.

**Availability**:

- Meetings held in various locations at various times.
- Regular availability throughout the week.
- In-person attendance required.
- **MUST** be available to attend an in-person meeting **October 6 at 6:30 pm** (first assignment) in **Thornhill, Ontario** (330 Alton Towers Cir, Scarborough, Ontario M1V 5H3) and **Scarborough, Ontario** (2 Kindale Way, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 4Z3) - we will send you to one of these two.

**Pay**:

- Up to $80 for a two-hour meeting. Additional bonus pay included.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
