**Role description**:
The Field Engineering Technician/Technologist will support field work related to flow monitoring, water quality sampling, well monitoring, remediation work and other types of environmental monitoring. The position will support engineering activities. This can be an entry level position, but more experienced applicants will be strongly considered.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Installation and removal of equipment
- Confined space entry as well as working at heights, physical field work involved
- Supporting existing field team in a range of field activities including the review and preparation of field data

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Driver's license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree/technician or technologist diploma

**Additional Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in the role and industry are highly preferred
- Able to work with typical software tools (MS Office Suite)
- Safety training an asset (first aid, CPR, confined space, traffic control, working at heights)
- Previous work experience with flow monitoring and sampling equipment in storm and sanitary sewer systems, river/pond monitoring, site remediation, or water/wastewater treatment and asset

The salary range for this position is $42,000-63,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
