Café ZUZU is comprised of 2 businesses
- a daytime café and a restaurant that opens for lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.

**The Role**

The Dishwasher will have the ability to keep their station clean and organized while maintaining Café ZUZU standards.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Washing plate ware, utensils and cooking equipment
- Performing opening, closing and cleaning duties
- Help to put away deliveries and minor prep tasks
- Follow all operating procedures and identify and correct any organizational problems that impact the effectiveness of the operation
- Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are adhered to and correct any deficiencies
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

**Who You Are**

The right person for this role has strong organizational skills, excellent communication and an eye for details. Able to work independently and eager to engage with other team members. Chooses to be positive.
- High volume experience
- Time management skills
- Basic knife skills
