Insurance Broker

Key Competencies:

- Provide friendly, first point of contact service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone
- Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data
- Provide administrative support as required

Key Qualifications:

- General Level 1 Insurance License
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong computer abilities, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven customer service experience

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
