**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for marketing immigration services to Iran market.
- Conduct market research for Iran to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media
- Create marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows or conferences
- Lead generation activities

**Skills**:

- Communication skills to absorb Iran market clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with computerized marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of records management principles for maintaining accurate documentation
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members
- Fluent in Farsi with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills to plan and execute marketing initiatives
- Negotiation skills to collaborate with vendors, partners, or clients

3. This job is ONLY on commission pay and has no base salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,914.00-$100,275.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
