**Novarc Technologies** is looking for a **Logistics Manager** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end logistics for all modes of transportation internationally.
- Develop and implement new services, optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and claims resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics.
- Ensure compliance and maintain records for international free trade agreements.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5 years experience with demonstrated results as a logistics manager or similar role.
- Strong, hands-on, execution-oriented leadership abilities to manage third party logistic stakeholders.
- Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management practices for all modes of transportation.
- Strong experience in international customs regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent program.

**Nice to have**:

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize logistics processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in logistics operations.
- APICS, CPIM Certifications.
