**CLINICAL COUNSELOR / CLIENT RELATIONS ADVISOR (BILINGUAL)**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups.
**A clear view of your assets**
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English **_et français également_** (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
- You are comfortable using computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems, etc.).
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- You have the desire to succeed and are a results-oriented person familiar with customer follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
