**Responsibilities**
- Engage with Pet parents to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Previous cashiering experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in maintaining store standards.
- A proactive approach to sales with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
