**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate Human Capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management
- Participate in recruitment, write job postings, check references, maintain database using the tracking system provided.
- Lead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logistics
- Manage employee data records in our UKG management system including the administration of compensation, regional promotions, transfers and annual performance reviews
- Respond to internal and external inquiries; serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options
- Coordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and course materials
- Compile statistical reports and metrics on programs such as campus, compensation data, etc.
- Communicate disability management matters with MNP Group Benefits as required, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate terminations as appropriate
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

**Skills and Experience**
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations
- One (1) to two (2) years of HR experience
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
