**Objective**:
**Knowledge, Experience, and Education**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)

**Skills and Competency Requirements**:

- A passion for customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Desire to be a team player
- Personable attitude
- Ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in a contact centre or retail would be an asset
