Chilliwack, Canada Aster Software Full time

**Implementation Consultant**

[AKA Solution Sleuth; Customer Champion; Software Wizard]

As an Implementation Consultant, your day is spent venturing into the realm of software implementation mastery, expertly customizing solutions to clients' needs, and guiding them to elevated operational success.

With clients and teams in multiple time zones, it’s an early start to the day. Equipped with your caffeinated beverage of choice, you jump on to a Zoom call with a customer based in the Eastern Time Zone. You’ve been collaborating with this team to ensure our software integrates seamlessly with their existing workflows and accounts for their unique master data. In your meticulous style, you pay attention to every detail and how each piece of information will be used to maximize efficiency and productivity for this nursery team.

After your lunch break, you transition into a training session with the Sales Team from a new nursery, walking them through the piloting process and the ins and outs of iQ Grower ERP functionality. Patient and thorough, you leave the team feeling confident and empowered to make the most of their customized features.

As the day winds down, you take time to communicate feedback and enhancement requests to your internal teams, bridging the gap between our clients and our development efforts.

Before logging off for the day, you check your Slack channels to ensure any urgent customer questions are answered. A quick huddle as an implementation team is requested to brainstorm solutions together. With another productive day in the rear-view mirror, you head home knowing you’ve made a tangible difference in the work lives of our clients in the horticulture industry.
