**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a variety of equipment, including dirt bikes, quads, motorcycles, sleds, etc..
- Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within the equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment performance.
- Lift heavy components as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in mechanical repair, particular with powersports or automotive platforms.
- Proven experience as a Technician Journeyman Only.
- Strong electrical experience is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary for effective communication with clients.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using various tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or in team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
