Wilride Transport is looking for the right individual to work in the **Guelph ON **Terminal in the role of **Operations Coordinator for our Auto Hauling Division.** The role will involve assisting in managing a fleet of modern Trucks and Stinger car carriers as they run between Ontario and Eastern Canada.

**ROLE**
- Assist with dispatching the Automotive divisions trucks daily using both Transplus Fleet Manager Operations Software and the Issac Instruments Fleet Manager Solutions software
- Communicate daily with the automotive fleets drivers and assist them with load information, maintenance requests, routing questions and any other needs the drivers might have.
- Deal daily with customers and provide rates for new orders and then enter the orders in our systems once customers confirm pricing
- The role will also involve an inside sales component which would involve reaching out to new dealership/ customers to solicit potential new business opportunities for the company
- Audit deliveries of vehicles and deal with any claim or damage issues that may arise from the transportation of vehicles
- Communicate daily with the drivers and assist them with load information, maintenance request, routing questions and any other needs the drivers might have

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with dispatching in some face of the transportation industry is a must and experience within the Car Hauling Industry would be a great asset
- Knowledge of Transplus Fleet Manager Operations Software and or the Issac Instruments Fleet Manager software would be an asset
- Some knowledge of sales would be a benefit as it is a key component of the role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word as well and Google Docs and Sheets
