**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to create custom cabinets.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Occasional cabinet installations in residential and commercial settings.
- Engage in restoration projects, ensuring that existing cabinetry is repaired or refurbished to meet quality standards.
- Conduct construction caulking as part of the finishing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Experience in masonry, heavy lifting, siding, and rebar installation is desirable.
- Strong skills in assembly techniques for cabinetry and furniture.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
