eAvionics is a Canadian company based at the Oshawa Executive Airport (CYOO) on the east side of the Greater Toronto Area.

We specialize on avionics services and installation of a wide range of avionics systems and on a wide range of aircrafts. While we specialize on avionics; we also have full in-house service of maintenance, sheet metal, engineering, and parts procurement.

Scope:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Organize inventory and build shelving as required
- Add inventory to Quantum MX system and assign parts to work orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of regular stocked items
- Collaborate with service and installation teams for the sourcing and purchasing of required items on a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience as a Purchaser/Stores or in a similar procurement role
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to lift up to 50 lb
- Handy with tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excell
- Quantum MX software knowledge prefer or similar software
- Driver license - G

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
