**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform body repairs and refinishing on various vehicle makes and models.
- Assess damage and determine repair processes.
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, and panels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to quality standards and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Body Technician or in a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Must have a 310B license
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders and diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
