**Retail Sales Manager**

Beachcomber Hot Tubs is seeking an experienced and passionate Big Ticket **Retail Sales Manager** to lead our sales teams based in **Oakville, Ontario**. This role as Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations of the Beachcomber Hot Tubs Experience Store & Special Events Teams, meeting both your personal and team’s targeted retail sales goals for Hot Tubs, Water Care Products and Accessories.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide sales leadership and coaching to a team of full-time and part-time Retail & Event Sales Specialists.
- Effectively oversee your team’s retail sales funnel, helping your team convert leads into prospects, optimize shopper engagement and close sales.
- Present, promote and sell hot tubs to prospective shoppers.
- Possess the ability to communicate product features and benefits through excellent communication skills.
- Manage and delegate the incoming Lead and Qualified Prospects to your team from the Beachcomber website and offsite events.
- Support and execute both onsite and offsite sales events at Costco Warehouses in the GTA.
- Maintain and update information utilizing Beachcomber’s CRM System.
- Achieve personal and team retail and event sales targets and goals.
- General Sales Leadership and Administration Tasks
- The ability to travel to Off-Site Events throughout the Greater Toronto Area to support the Beachcomber Sales Team’s needs and Beachcomber Consumer’s needs.
- Provide Coaching & Business Development Support to GTA Independent Beachcomber Dealerships as needed.

**Who You Are**:

- Successful Retail Sales & Team Leadership Experience.
- Passionate and competitive retail sales professional able to convert leads into prospects, engage shoppers, close sales and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing, positive and friendly personality.
- Detail oriented, very organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Solution oriented, with the ability to listen, troubleshoot and develop solutions for our customers.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Strong Computer literacy with experience in MS Office
- Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle.

**Compensation**:

- $100,000 - $110,000 expected Compensation.
- $75,000 per year Base Wage plus Guaranteed Monthly Bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
