**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Finishing Site Superintendent (Deficiency Handover Supervisor)** to oversee the final stages of a multi-family new construction project. This role is critical to ensuring quality control, smooth homeowner handovers, and timely completion of all finishing details.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate deficiency items between construction teams and homeowners
- Manage and track deficiency punch lists and sign-offs
- Act as the primary contact point for homeowners and manage customer care items
- Contact and coordinate with trades to complete deficiencies
- Conduct homeowner walkthroughs, including appliance and system demonstrations
- Complete minor deficiencies directly (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with the New Home Warranty requirements
- Uphold WorkSafeBC regulations and VPAC’s safety procedures

**About You**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in **multi-family interior new build** or **interior renovations**:

- Combination of trade certification/training and hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and specifications
- Solid understanding of health & safety programs in construction
- Proven ability to coordinate trades, materials, and schedules effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards
- Professional, organized, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Punctual, tidy, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $115,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
