Online Fulfillment Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate online order fulfillment from start to finish
- Generate packing lists, waybills, and package orders to company standards
- Support Online Service team as needed to ensure Clients are being prioritized
- Offer the Online Service team informed product alternatives when items are not available
- Follow up on all web pull requests in a timely manner
- Log all order updates and regularly follow up with other locations about outstanding orders
- Arrange, organize, log, and monitor in store pickups
- Communicate and problem solve with other locations in an open and prompt manner
- Ensure packing and processing supplies are stocked and ordered as required
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- 1 years + of experience in an order fulfillment or shipping/receiving position
- 1 years + of experience in customer service
- Strong understanding of company product knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Smartsheets is an asset
- Experience with Shopify and Shipstation is an asset
- Ability to work independently and provide written updates on workflow
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring a high quality of work is completed on time
- Excellent numerate and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
