Az - Fedex Freight Casual Line Haul Driver Position

Gloucester, Canada Triple K Transport Ltd. Full time

**I am searching for a retired or semi retired AZ driver in the Ottawa Ontario area, who is looking to keep their hand in the industry and to earn some extra spending money, to fill in on an occasional basis to run A Trains from Ottawa to either Mississauga or Rochester N.Y., and return.**

**I have 3 full time drivers on contract ,who need time off occasionally but you might only get 1 run per month, It all depends on when I need you.**

**There is no weekend work and therefore this position is not suited for someone who already has a job somewhere during the week.**

**Unfortunately I'm unable to hire someone right out of driving school.**

**Our trucks are automatics but you must be able to drive a standard due to, in the event a truck is out of service, one of our spare trucks could be a 12 or 18 speed manual.**

**A typical run pays in the range of $300. - $350.**

**Benefits: Well maintained tractors ,no touch freight, uniform provided. Positive work environment.**

**Requirements**:
**Must be able to speak and read English**

**Must have or be able to obtain FAST card**

**Must be able to drive in the U.S.**

**Clean driver abstract**

**Able to work night shift**

**Must be reliable, punctual and flexible/team player**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $300.00-$350.00 per day
