**About Us**

We’re currently seeking a **dedicated Automotive Service Advisor/Writer** to join our team full-time and contribute to our continued growth and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Recommend appropriate services and explain repair processes.
- Create accurate work orders and service documentation.
- Coordinate repair scheduling and communicate updates to customers.
- Provide cost estimates and secure customer authorization for work.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.

**Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience** as an automotive service advisor (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and maintenance schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with automotive software and computer systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
- **Knowledge in collision repair and estimating is a strong asset.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
