Core Responsibilities:
**Customer Service, Shuttle Driver, Vehicle Delivery & Vehicle Detailing**
- Energetically and professionally greet customers and converse with them while shuttling them to their destination
- Work with Customer Service Rep to ensure customers transportation and other needs are met during the repair
- Efficiently schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries
- Call customers to notify them of your schedule for pickup or delivery
- Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers
- Ensure cleanliness of cars prior to delivering to customers
- Prepare paperwork and sign out courtesy cars
- Get testimonials and encourage reviews

**Facilities Management and Technician Support**
- Ensure facilities reflect our standard of premium service at all times
- Answers phones as backup when needed and passes on messages to appropriate team members
- Prepare and stage cars for technicians prior to being serviced
- Do quality control checks
- Parts distribution
- Maintain supplies and equipment
- Shop opening and closing procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly, energetic and positive attitude with good people skills
- Displays professionalism
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Able to organize time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities on the fly
- Drivers license and clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
