Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, this opportunity within a new boutique clinic offers a great prospect for a full-time Family Physician. The clinic is located in a high-traffic area at the corner of West Georgia and Burrard Street within three kilometers of 65,000 residents and over 35,000 daily commuters.
This exceptional opportunity is for a family physician to build a new practice with existing infrastructure including access to utilize four exam rooms and a large waiting room. The clinic has a full time Medical Office Assistant, a phlebotomist, nurses, and office managers to support your practice.
This position would allow you to develop your practice in a space that is already set up with all staff and supplies. The hours of operation can be set in accordance with your schedule; however, the space is currently open and staffed from 8 AM to 8 PM daily. The area bodes well for having both a large local patient list as well as the ability to service tourists and students. There is proven demand for a clinic in this area.
You will be joining a medical organization with a presence in Vancouver and Victoria currently operating in both clinic spaces as well as clinical laboratories with upwards of 50 employees. This means that there is access to a very comprehensive medical benefits program and the support of a very innovative and productive group. There are opportunities to utilize complex laboratory testing effectively in-house as well as a world-renowned referral network.
This unique opportunity is open to both individuals licensed in British Columbia as well as those who are eligible for such license.
